What are they
A stack or display of cheese using whole truckles, half cheeses, or individual cheeses. We provide the cheese and you can present it any way you want.
Questions we will ask you (to make sure we get you the right amount of the right cheese at the right price)
First, select the right cheese:
• Do you love Colston Bassett Stilton but are not keen on washed rinds?
• What are your favourite cheeses?
• Do you prefer strong or subtle flavours?
• What do you really not like?

Then the practical details:
• What is you budget?
• How many are you feeding? We usually recommend 100g per person but it does depend on how you are serving your cheese cake and when.
• Will you want it delivered?
• When will you need the cake and where will you keep the cheese until then?
How to order
The best way to place an order is to visit one of our shops to taste the cheeses and to see how they could work together. Our shops are in Covent Garden and Borough Market. Please call the shop before visiting to arrange a suitable time as putting the order together may take up to an hour and requires lots of space and patience so it's best to avoid the busier times.

Delivery
Delivery is by overnight courier - we suggest that you have your ‘cheese cake’ delivered at least 3 days before your party.
For orders over £149, using our standard UKmail service, delivery is free.
Placing your order with as much notice as possible helps to ensure that we have the cheeses you want available.
