Once sworn rivals on land and sea, the nations of England and Spain have seen more harmonious times in recent centuries. And yet the historical path of each country has left its imprint on their people, their farming and in turn, their cheese-making.
This evening, we'll consider cheeses from across Spain and England, with a view to tasting the stark contrasts between regions and nations. Bring your appetite, curiosity & best Spanish pronunciation for what will prove to be a richly contrasting and copacetic collation.
This evenings tasting will be led by Jane Hastings who has 10 years of cheese experience having worked with Neal's Yard Dairy and Mons.
