Cheese of the Month [Bi-Monthly]

1.3 to 1.8Kg approximately (depending on cheeses selected)

This is one of our favourite selections. It gives us the chance to send you some of our newer and more exciting cheeses which may still be too experimental or made on too small a scale for us to advertise them all year round.

We choose each month's cheeses a fortnight before we send them and select them simply because, at that time, they taste spectacular. We try to cover a range of styles so it makes up a balanced selection and we aim to make the selection as seasonal as possible. Usually there's more soft sheep or goats cheese over the summer and more traditional or washed rind cheeses during the autumn and winter.

Each selection contains 4 pieces of cheese totalling about 4Lb or 1.8Kg in weight and we include a 2 page pamphlet with some tasting notes and information about the cheeses and their cheesemakers.

We can send cheese to you (or a friend) every month [12 deliveries], every 2 months [6 deliveries], quarterly [4 deliveries] or just once. Our deliveries take place on the 1st Wednesday of every month and in your first order we list your future delivery dates. Although we try to stick to set dates you can change any of them if you need - just call or email us.

If you send us your email address we can email you a monthly newsletter which will tell you what we've picked for next month's selection.
