New Cheeses on the Block

Four cheeses in the non-traditional mould which we think are very exciting. A dense, nutty, goats cheese log; a rich, camembert-style cheese from Hampshire; Maggie Maxwell's sweet, fruity, complex Doddington; a delicious, unpasteurised blue from Nottinghamshire and St James, a meaty washed-rind sheeps cheese.
