As the title suggests this book concentrates on cheesemakers from the South West: Devon, Dorset and Somerset including Jamie Montgomery (Montgomery's Cheddar) Mary Holbrook (Tymsboro) and Robin Congdon (Beenleigh and Harbourne Blue). Interesting and thoroughly researched chapters and some great photos.
