Iliada (Greek) is a buttery, green-tasting, well flavoured oil that you won't feel too bad about using for cooking but tastes good enough to have on its own too. L'Estornell (Spanish) is a nutty, lighter oil with a slightly peppery finish. Ravida (Sicilian) is elegant. It has fruity, grassy, clean flavours with a peppery finish and even hints of tomato. ....................
